malkia stampley

Malkia Stampley (Chicago)

Malkia Stampley (she/her/ella) is a Consultant at ALJP Consulting. She is a multi-hyphenate artist and arts leader from Milwaukee where she attended Marquette University, interning at Milwaukee Repertory Theater and Skylight Music Theater. She is Goodman Theatre’s Producer and a founder of the Milwaukee Black Theater Festival, where she served as curator and producer for two seasons. She is an alum of Theatre Producers of Color and Broadway for Racial Justice’s Casting Directive Fellowship. Malkia is a founder of Milwaukee’s Bronzeville Arts Ensemble and served as Producing Artistic Director for three seasons. An arts educator, mentor and consultant, Malkia has directed across the Midwest and was a featured director for Texas State’s 2021 Black and Latino Playwright Celebration, passionate about fostering new works and collaboration. Malkia is also a stage, tv/film and voiceover actor, currently on AMC’s 61st Street.
