Marlie Massena (she/her/hers) is the Director of Marketing and Communications at ALJP Consulting. She is a Marketing Strategist, using her skills to lead integrated marketing, campaigns, brand communications and strategic partnerships for growing organizations and non-profits on both a local and global scale. A creative and relationship-driven communications professional, Marlie is a native French-speaker with international experience and a proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results. She has worked with various CPG, fashion, home interiors, wellness, travel and philanthropic brands including Bloomingdale’s, Salesforce, Estee Lauder Brands and the YWCA of Northern New Jersey. Marlie is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, with continuing executive coursework at Fashion Institute of Technology (NYC) and Cornell. A strong supporter of community engagement and initiatives, Marlie speaks on panels focusing on various topics that affect young professionals of diverse backgrounds, both in and out of the workplace and and her work on the board of several philanthropic organizations has won her many awards and accolades. In addition to her professional life, Marlie devotes time to local organizations impacting change in their communities, serving on the Women @ NJPAC Board and the JBWS Autumn Auction for Hope fundraising event, among others.
Ahmed Dents (he/him/his) is the Podcast Producer at ALJP Consulting. He is a 20-year veteran of the San Diego performing arts and media scenes serving roles of Director of Venue Experience, Patron Services Manager, Systems Administrator, IT Manager, Development Associate, and Application Support Specialist, Ahmed has also been an in-studio producer, radio host, live event host, and voiceover artist. He has most recently been seen in the roles of “Mister” in Common Ground Theatre’s "This Is A Low" (2021), "Canada" in the Coronado Playhouse production of "Harlem Duet"(2021) and "Mr. Scruples" in the Genesis Opera production of "The Impresario". Ahmed is also currently Managing Director of The Carlsbad Music Festival, Associate Artistic Director at New Village Arts and Board Member at Common Ground Theatre.
Anitra Stampley (she/her/hers) is the Operations Associate at ALJP Consulting. She is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she has over 25 years of experience as an educator and high school administrator in both private and public schools and has been a singer her entire life, singing gospel, soul and R&B. She has a bachelors and Masters in Business Administration, and Masters of Education as a Professional School Counselor, Principal and Director of Instruction. She currently works for the Milwaukee Public Schools Administration Office. She is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters: a high school student, junior at Alabama State University as a finance and theater administration major and graduate of Howard University, the Chadwick A. Bosman College of Fine Arts. Education and the arts are deeply rooted with her family’s history and she is honored to share her administrative talents and love of the arts with ALJP.
