Melanie Griffiths (she/her/hers) is an Operations Specialist at ALJP Consulting. She is a performance artist and arts administrator with a background in computer technology and theatre arts born in New Jersey and based in Brooklyn, NY. Melanie is a former Search Associate with Tom O'Connor Consulting Group. She's worked across multiple industries, such as waste management and health advertising, gaining experience in communications and data research. She studied at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University in Greensboro, North Carolina and Peirce College in Philadelphia, PA. She comes to ALJP with knowledge in operations, technological proficiencies and recruiting research.
