Marie Cisco (she/her/hers) is a Consultant at ALJP Consulting. She is a Film, TV, and Theatre Producer. She has worked for the The National Black Theatre in Harlem, The New Black Fest, and The Public Theater where she produced the development of New Work for internal shows and Broadway transfers. Marie worked as a Creative Executive for Lee Daniels Entertainment where she worked on several pilots and as a Co-Producer for the feature film The US vs. Billie Holiday. Marie was an inaugural member of the Artistic Caucus which was a year-long effort aimed to support artistic development at and among Baltimore Center Stage, Woolly Mammoth, Long Wharf, and the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. She also created the viral spreadsheet “Theatres Not Speaking Out” which named Theater companies in the US who were not speaking out or making statements in the wake of protests about racial injustices during COVID. She currently serves as the Producing Partner for Stardust Films by Common.
